I am an experienced, highly qualified teacher of 

English as a Second Language.  

I pride myself on lessons that are organized, clear, fun and engaging!

• 30+ years experience in Public Administration in the United States (Law Enforcement and Military)
• TEFL Certified by TEFL Worldwide Prague
• Native speaker of American English

My lessons offer true immersion in the English language.  A newcomer to the Czech Republic, I don't speak Czech at all during the lesson (mostly because "nemluvím dobře česky"). 

My lessons are appropriate for teenagers and adults who can read, write, and speak at a basic level in English.  Small children or true beginners would be better off with a different teacher.  

Specialized courses can be developed!  While I am not a lawyer, doctor, or pilot, I am familiar with the jargon of most professions, and I can help you prepare for proficiency tests, clean up your accent, or learn specialized vocabulary.
